It offers an alternative to imported ovens, tailored to Hungarian bakery requirements. Each chamber has three powerful, separate and independently controlled steam generators. The front panel is made from 3 mm acid-resistant stainless steel, with stainless steel side panels. Baking chamber heights are increased to 20 and 21 cm. The steam distribution system and extraction fan are made from acid-resistant material, with 15 mm thick stainless steel components. Upward-opening stainless steel doors follow a proven design used on German ovens. Durable fireclay baking slabs are supplied by RATH Hung\u00e1ria, and 35 \u00d7 5 mm steam tubes provide efficient heat transfer.
