Quality “German type” tray cleaner machine which is able to clean 4 sided baking trays (flat trays). It is equipped with stainless steel covers and it cleans the inside, the outside and also the perforation of the trays. Cleaning of the trays by machine reduce the need of periodical chemical cleaning too.
Very simple and fast operation: the operator feed the trays into the machine from the top vertically and moves a little bit while the tray goes down by the movement of the brushes slowly. After the tray reach the bottom of the machine there is a pedal suitable to push out the tray from the machine body and let the operator catch the tray by hands and pull out from the machine.
