We handed over a fully automatic ZMATIK dough sheeter. Features include a 7-inch or 10-inch touchscreen with Hungarian-language controls, an easy-to-understand interface, step-by-step programming, quick programmes and straightforward manual operation for occasional tasks. Flour dusting is controlled by the programme, and dough is automatically wound up at the end of the process.
