Another gas-fired ROTOMAX600 rotary rack oven with digital controls has been installed, this time in Székelyszabar. It replaces an ageing Italian oven. The project was expected to reduce energy consumption by 10–15% while improving the steam supply and baking consistency. We adapted the rack mounting to the customer’s existing racks, avoiding the cost of replacements. A Hungarian oven designed for the needs of the Hungarian market.
