We equipped a complete bakery in Slovakia. The installation includes an electric ROTOMAX rotary rack oven; a DANZI FORNI steam tube oven with loader lift and touchscreen; an ITALMIX iTWIN twin-arm mixer; a MAC.PAN spiral mixer; a MAC.PAN bun divider and rounder; an ATRE-PAN retarder-proofer; a proofing chamber with a MODUL-BAKE SU-6 unit and Italian panels; a DAL MASO crescent roll moulder; a BASIC42 bread slicer; and a GRIND100 breadcrumb grinder.
