We have delivered another GC3500 automatic pastry dough cutting machine to a bakery in Heves County, Hungary. Several of our customers already use this model, choosing it for its versatility, affordable machine and tooling costs, and reliable operation.
Automatic cutting after sheeting
The GC3500 cuts dough that has already been sheeted. Once the dough is placed on the infeed section, the machine automatically feeds it beneath the cutting tool. Adjustable speed helps match the cutting process to the workflow, while straightforward tool changes make switching between products easier.
This turns cutting after sheeting into a repeatable, organised process, with the flexibility to produce different shapes on the same machine.
Flexible tooling for a varied product range
With the appropriate tooling, the machine can cut triangular and rectangular dough pieces, rounds for savoury pastries, cheese sticks, shortbread shapes and other pastry formats. With certain tools in the GC range, changing the conveyor speed also allows the cut product size to be adjusted.
Affordable tooling makes it practical to configure the equipment around a bakery’s product range. Tool selection takes account of both the dough characteristics and the required shape.
Stainless steel construction and Hungarian-language controls
The delivered machine combines stainless steel construction with a Hungarian-language touchscreen and reliable operation for everyday bakery use. The GC3500 offers an accessible way to automate cutting after sheeting while retaining flexibility across different products.
Thank you to our customer for choosing Modul-Bake. We wish their team many successful production days with the new machine.
