During the final week of the year, we installed a TERMOMAX1042 steam tube oven in a training bakery in Szeged. It replaced an ageing Matador oven that had reached the end of its service life. Students can now gain practical experience in operating a modern steam tube oven. The TERMOMAX system is designed to provide a particularly generous steam supply.
