We equipped a bakery in Nyergesújfalu with another TERMOMAX1543 steam tube oven. Its triple steam system provides a generous steam supply, allowing products such as crescent rolls and buns to be baked. The original project announcement cited potential gas savings of 25–35% and electricity savings of 95% compared with a cyclothermic oven. The equipment also offers lower maintenance and operating costs and direct manufacturer pricing.
