We delivered a ZMATIK SF6516 automatic dough sheeter to a customer who already owned one of these machines. Made entirely from stainless steel, it automatically dusts flour and winds up the dough, or cuts shapes using the fitted cutting roller. Its clear touchscreen interface is available in Hungarian. The robust construction is suitable for intensive industrial use, while straightforward setup also makes it practical for smaller bakeries. It improves efficiency for repeated sheeting tasks and provides consistent results. Individual tasks can also be completed quickly in semi-automatic or manual mode.
